The Streetwork Runaway Action Project (RAP), supported by the Railway Children, works in schools, on the streets and one-to-one with vulnerable young people to reduce the risk of homelessness.
We listen to young people and understand the reasons that they run away. We’re well-known and trusted youth workers in Edinburgh and if a young person runs away we know the places they are likely to go. Relationships with families and carers can be fractured for many reasons. We provide support to put them back together and reduce the risk of it happening again.
