We don’t wait for people to find us, we find them and this is important for women involved in prostitution.
We are on the streets working with women on their terms and at their pace as experience tells us that change needs to guided by the individual. Providing information, advice and support can offer a route out of prostitution for the most vulnerable women.
Our Reach Out Project supports women and empowers them to make the changes they want to make. This often involves working on the underlying reasons for their being involved in the sex industry, such as addictions, domestic violence and homelessness.
Our work is focused on street-based outreach in Edinburgh, targeting women who are affected by or excluded as a result of working within the sex industry. Our purpose is to help women out of prostitution and into support, training, employment and housing so they can build a better future.
